  ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. 02/02/17 - Came in to buy a sneakers for my pops, stan smith, now it being the adidas store I kinda expected them to hold firm on the price because third party stores have the same shoe for cheaper. So it's whatever, then I saw gum on the box and it being the last size I asked the associate if he could change the box, didn't matter what box just one without gum. He came back saying he couldn't find anymore they all broken down. Ok, so I take it upon myself to go change the box. I get another box from the rack switch the shoes out and go back to join the line. Then they tell me "it's a different size so, (and this is the part that pissed me off) YOU need to get another box" by the MANAGER. Now you tell me, is this manager just confused that I look like an employee because I went to switch the box or does adidas just place incompetent people to be managers who do not seem to have the concept of customer courtesy? So I asked (for clarification) "I have to get another box?" To which he replied yes. So I don't think I will be patronizing adidas stores anymore.

  Where to start 1. The store was busy, completely understandable with such a big name brand store like adidas. What I don't understand is the lack of employees on shift. The cashier explained to me that they were "short" on employees today but that it's nothing new. It's sad to hear the an issue like that not being dealt with. 2. We found a great deal on a pair of adidas shoes. The downside? After waiting endlessly in line and finally putting these shoes on, we came to find out that the shoes (given as a gift to girlfriend) were the wrong size. They were in the right box labeled 7, however, the shoe itself was a 6.5. Understandable, maybe the cashier didn't see the mistake in checkout because it was too busy. 3. Came back in 3 days to return said shoes to exchange them. The first manager was very polite but said she'll get someone for me. She had to get another manager to talk to me. Basic jist of it, Justin(?) told me that because they were worn he can't exchange it for me. He went on to explain that his cashiers would never make a mistake like that. It's one thing to explain, it's another thing to have an attitude and a pushy tone of voice. Talking to Justin is like talking to a brick wall, there was no room for conversation nor civil discussion. He continued to let me know he wasn't going to do anything about it and that he wasn't going to talk to me anymore. It's okay to get frustrated by all means, I'm an understanding person, however this conversation lasted about 2 minutes. Justin's lack of customer service and lack of ability to be polite is embarrassing towards Adidas. 4. In the end, Justin explained to me he was head guy in charge and that I cannot speak to the district or general manager of the store "I'm not going to get anyone else involved for this". Completely unprofessional and embarrassing, all the time we talked he would stare at the floor instead of looking at me. All in all, I'm stuck with a pair of shoes smaller than the labeled box and a horrible taste in my mouth towards how this company allowed a "manager" like Justin to be the head manager. 0/5 stars

  My coworker returned clothing over a month ago. The store gift card was then frozen by adidas. It has taken her over a month to get someone at corporate to help her ... only to have it be a rude man accusing her of getting too much back for her merchandise. (Wouldn't that be determined at the time of return?) now she doesn't have clothing nor store credit.
