  Once again, I've sat in the drive through line for about 30 minutes (at the window for almost 5... make that 10 with no acknowledgment). I will be switching pharmacies. Also, I want to note this is clearly a corporate problem from speaking with employees.

  Need a lesson in customer service - I just got off the phone with a woman who was unbelievable short with me because as she said, "they are overwhelmed." I have been in healthcare for 38 years and if I said that to a patient I would be severely reprimanded! I understand difficult days but I'm pretty sure this is the same lady who rolled her eyes at me when I was there with my 92 year old mother last week.
