  Horrible customer service. My husband purchases every holiday and even my wedding ring here. Today was my 1st time visiting the store for anything other then getting my jewelry cleaned. I was greated by a typical obnoxious sells person. When I explained that i was returning a Christmas item WITH RECEIPT, 3 DAYS after Christmas, his attitude became very different. We can issue a check, after he read my husbands name out loud (indicating not my name) he said he could put it on the same card. It was paid with debit so if I desired I could return with no issue. He agree that he could do a cash refund, now he doesnt have any money in his drawer. 3pm on Thursday! keep in mind he never moved or typed anything in the register.. I'm sure it's how I look. I plan on contacting corporate and making sure my husband never spends another dime in this store. And if you look anything like me I suggest you spend your money else where.

  Great customer service.... I got a ring in Jan of 2008 from Kays in Jacksonville, Fl. Iwanted to give it to my mother after my divorce, so in Oct of 2015 they cleaned it up for me and made it look brand new. Thanks guys.

  Horrible experience. Bought rings for my daughter and I and had them sent to be resized. Got them back 3 weeks later and my daughters was missing a stone and my stone was cracked. Also both rings looked like they were bent. They replaced my ring with a new one from the case. It was perfect. Sent it to be sized and 3 weeks later it came back with a deep scratch on the stone and again looked like it was bent. When I pointed it out to the salesperson they said they could send it back...again. No thank you. I won't be dealing with this business again.
