  Brought 3 cakes and very disappointed in the quality. The cake was to thick and dry. Went stale the very next day. No icing between the layer and the wrong colors. Management does not try to compensate so i will not be purchasing any of there cakes. The publix on Sugar loaf has the best quality in everything.

  Went in to order a cake and they kept on trying to make me get something I did not want. When employee asked another employee about the cake she replied I'm not doing it.. then when asked again to pick a cake I did not want since the employee did not want to make it.. never again will I shop at this location. Makes you wonder how they really do things behind the customers back. Management really needs to follow up with employees and make sure they understand that guest come first.
