  I WROTE THIS TO RiTE AID CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thought I would share. I visited your store at 1900 Duluth Hwy, Lawrenceville GA and never felt so embarrassed. I purchased a pre paid load as you go green dot visa. I waked to the car and attempted to activate. I called and it says that the numbers are invalid. I could Not speak with anyone at green dot. When I went back into the store 10 minuets after my purchase it only got worst. Terry said there is nothing that he could do. I called green dot on speakerphone so he could see. He explained the policy, after my purchase. Stating that I cannot return once I leave the store. The “HR” manager walked up to me and said that I used the card and she wouldn’t help me. I called customer service and when she talked to dawn, Dawn kept laughing. I called the police and the told me they would not file a report that I should record this and sue you all for $180. A man came to help, I did not get his name but he confirmed that the card was showing invalid. I was there for over an hour. As the laughed and giggled and mocked me in the corner behind the register. It is upsetting that you have people , working in HR, who talk and treat people like this. I wonder if I were dressed up, wearing my make up, or not black they would have accused me of stealing. I wanted to tell you before I begin to post and share how that store made me feel. I felt discriminated against for both my race and social economic status. It’s sad. I don’t steal! So I will make sure that everyone knows is. Thanks Akilah Oda
