  In store staff was great! Their delivery service is the worst! Never again will we purchase from Sear's outlet. Our fridge was supposed to be delivered Monday and was delayed to Tuesday. It never showed up and no phone call. With no way to contact the delivery people [they were "closed" by the time we realized it wasn't coming]. My husband had to call this morning-apparently the truck broke down. Still no fridge tonight and no choice in when it will be delivered. I told the guy that this was beyond ridiculous and we have a life-we can't just sit around! He had the nerve to ask if we wanted to cancel the order so it wouldn't be more of a pain to us. Never again.
