  First time going to this location. I went to go get an upgrade for another line on my account. Rep we worked with was somewhat helpful but all the options to upgrade were always pushed for the expensive option. we end up settling to got an iphone x 256gbs for the upgrade because the rep stated we didnt have enough space from the old phone to move the information over to the 64gbs. whatever. go big or go home right? Fast forward to when the phone was delievered to the store. i was at work while i had my wife go pick up at the store. come to find out a different rep was way to lazy to show her how to move her information to the new phone or how to use it. basically shoo'ed her out the store. now im getting calls from my wife that she is unable to transfer her information properly and other issues occuring. i use to work as tech support for sprint and im disgusted with the way the employees are assisting people in such a ever changing platform of technology. With the amount they charge and bill us for, the least you can do is assist and make sure the customer has a pleasant experience. Getting a new phone should be a wonderful experience. Not one where you rush customers out the store so you can go back to watching tv. Piss poor. will not be going back. probably look into switching to Verizon. Look if you need to go to a sprint store and this is close to you. by all means go. but make sure they dont try to shoo your ass out the store. make that lazy f*$& work and assist yo self.
