I've been here on a couple of occasions and these reps are quick to tell you that it's AT&T's policy to not help you. I went here with a State issued paper license, which is recognized by everywhere. Banks included. But according to this location it's AT&T's policy to not recognize State issued temporary license. So I went to another AT&T location and got serviced with no problem or hassle... convenient location ... lazy under trained staff..
