Wait for long time, only two employee working, 5 people in the line. They are so slow, and after 40 min. waiting time in the line one employee finish with the customer, same time other lady call me and she did not finish yet with other customer. So I have to wait more, and person after me are take my place. I was so pissed, and left the store. They did not even say sorry or anything. That mean T-Mobile employee does not care about customers.

They have the Worst Customer service in the world! I went In 12 times to fix a problem With my phone that I paid off and they don't know what they are doing. They told me to call apple and resolve it, I did and that resolved nothing because they said T-Mobile is the problem.
