  Horrible customer service with no communication about delays. My wife was picking up an Rx for herself and two of our children. She waited nearly 3 hours (!!!) to pick up the Rx. She kept calling to ask if it was ready, to be told it was "almost ready" each time. Finally, when she picked hers up, they only had her Rx ready, and didn't have the children's Rx ready. She had to wait another 1.5 hours, only to be told that our son's Rx was out of stock and to come back tomorrow for the rest of the dose. Terrible experience.
